The 55-Hour Film Festival

Themes etc. are to be revealed on Friday 23 September at 16:00 in the AV Auditorium
Finished films to be handed in before 23:00 on Sunday 25 September
28 September – Screening Date

RULES OF THE GAME:
All finished films must be exactly 05:55 in length
There will be five lines of dialogue to choose from (at least one line must be included in the film)
There will be five different props to choose from (at least one prop must be included in the film)
There will be five genres to choose from (at least one genre must be used in the film)
The WORDLE word of 23, 24 or 25 September must be included in the film

REGISTRATION:
All participants to form their own groups of 4-6 members.
A maximum of one person per group may be a non-OW person (student or staff)
Alumni (former students) are welcome to enter as part of any group and do not count as non-OW persons
Email your group’s names to jaco@openwindow.co.za – registration of groups closes on 22 September.
At least one member of each group needs to be physically present in the AV Auditorium on Friday 23 September at 16:00 for the announcement of themes etc.

All films will be screened in the AV Auditorium on the evening of Wednesday 28 September, and winners will be selected and announced. Winners will be selected & announced. Cash prizes for the Winners.

We will also be watching the 2nd year Fight Scenes in the Auditorium on the 23 September from 13:00, feel free to join us.
