Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Support the creation of email newsletters, blogs, and website updates.
Run Google Analytics and other performance tools to monitor website traffic and user behavior, delivering reports with actionable insights.
Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
SEO and Traffic Optimization: Implement SEO best practices and monitor web traffic metrics to enhance online visibility.
Performance Analysis: Set specific marketing objectives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on ROI to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.

Requirements:

A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms, marketing tools, Google Analytics, and ad campaign management (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Creativity and an ability to think outside the box.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
