The RPL procedure is an academic evaluation lasting approximately 8-10 weeks (assuming all necessary information is provided through the RPL application form on the portal). Your registration remains active during this period, with updates reflecting the RPL outcome upon completion. Should you wish to contest the RPL decision, there is a single opportunity for appeal.

All RPL submissions are reviewed by OW’s Admissions Officer to ensure alignment between the external qualification’s subjects and OW’s specialization outcomes.

RPL requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the start of the OW academic year.

The RPL process has been integrated into the registration process to maintain continuity between students and the RPL process. RPL submissions are only accepted within the registration process framework.
