Sherbet Youth Agency is passionate about making brands matter to kids, teens and young adults a.k.a. the most exciting target audience in marketing. So, we thrive on coming up with big ideas that create an impactful brand connection with the youth! We’re super lucky enough to get to work with amazing global and local brands who are open to out-there kind of creativity!

 

We’re now looking for a talented designers to do epically creative work!

 

Not only does this person need to be alternative, fun and inquisitive, with a love for youth and Africa, they also need to work with the creative team in developing marketing masterpieces…

 

Requirements:

 

– Comprehensive portfolio with a number of relevant examples of previous work

– Relevant qualification in graphic design

– Digital & print design capabilities

– Strong creative and conceptual abilities

– Ability to work within client CI guides

– Proficiency in the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as Microsoft/Apple productivity suites

– High attention to detail

– Good time management skills

– Copes well under pressure

– A team player with exceptional communication skills.

– Punctuality when meeting deadlines—no excuses
